Mental health is a hugely important topic and is increasingly at the forefront of any discussion regarding health. The focus has been so much on people's mental wellbeing because of the 2020 scenario, where the whole world was under lockdown because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
There is no doubt that as a society our attitude towards mental health has totally changed in the past few years. A lot of us now have certain ways we manage and mitigate our mental issues.
I fell in love with CrossFit during the summer lockdown and life hasn't been the same ever since. Physically Crossfit came with a lot of advantages but mentally it proved to have better results.

5 Benefits of CrossFit towards your Mental Health
Reduces depression and anxiety. Working in groups boosts your confidence in social circles which tends to improve your fear towards a lot of social activities. I personally experienced this when I joined "van dam's" training.
Better Sleep. Crossfit will definitely get you tired and put you straight to bed. But you shouldn't worry because you will wake up fresh and ready to train again.
Increases your mental strength. Crossfit can teach you how to deal with pressure and you take that with you everywhere else. You stay focused and get whatever needs to done in time because you realize that you ARE capable of producing quality work under pressure.
Endorphins aid in regulating our metabolism, they help us deal with pain and they put us in a better mood. Exercising releases hormones that keep us active and in a positive mood. Even if you’re a little sore, you’re bound to have a smile on your face!
Overall, making the decision to participate in CrossFit may be the best choice you’ve ever made. You’ll meet new people and likely learn some things about yourself that you were unaware of before. You’ll learn to face your fears, push yourself beyond limitations, and just be inspired.

There is no health where there is no mental health.
CrossFit is absolutely one of the best activities out there when it comes to mental benefits.
